Brewfile: ollama swapped to ollama-app cask (0.30.x formula bottle ships
without llama-server, homebrew-core#285917) + steward's uv/basic-memory lines.
Memory: L1 tracker (BMF connection-leak finding, note-don't-send), ARC tracker
(pre-3R Fowler reading note), session addendum (thread → ARC Wave 3R),
ledger (bypass + returns + triage records).
