**Ollama.app added to login items** (reboot-recurrence path closed).

- **A-class L1 finding appended to tracker (note-don't-send):** training-loop Ollama client =

no backoff, no circuit breaker, no connection release; joins the uncancelled-timeout family;

||||
itself unfindable by "Fowler refactoring"); mtime feed told truth while index lied; graph
|
||||
extracted self-links ×3, didn't resolve real wikilinks. One genuine recall moment (April
|
||||
hook precedent) — attributable to the *habit of querying history*, not the tool (grep finds
|
||||
the same files). **Retired same session, steward-authorized:** MCP unregistered, uv tool +
|
||||
shim removed, 117MB `~/.config/basic-memory` deleted, Brewfile line dropped (uv itself kept).
