chore(memory): Basic Memory trial begins — sync normalization baseline (283 files)

Basic Memory v0.21.6 first sync over the live memory dir (steward-authorized
live-dir trial, Option A 2026-06-06): adds permalink: to frontmatter, refolds
long YAML description lines, strips final newlines. Bodies untouched —
verified via full diff classification. From this commit forward, any diff in
claude/memory shows only what Basic Memory or the session writes.

Trial design: MemPalace untouched as incumbent; git status check on this dir
at every wrap; end-of-day evaluation (recall quality, sync robustness,
rebuild-from-files, malformed-file behavior).

The steward shared 2026-04-27 (after archival of `data/lexica/` which contained Derrida / Laffoley / Warburg lexicons from the UCE-CIE era): *"the lexica were meant as keyword libraries for semantic analysis, but what I wanted to do was impossible along that path. I still want to do some Laffoley analysis with you one day since he had a particular genius that I would like to mine (Like Warburg too, but we have done some work on the Atlas for L2 — to be picked up more seriously one day, but for a writing project)."*
**Why:** Twofold context. (1) The retired `data/lexica/` files (now archived at `data/archive-v1/lexica/`) were attempts at machine-readable keyword libraries for semantic analysis — *"what I wanted to do was impossible along that path."* The approach didn't yield what the steward sought. (2) The intent to engage Laffoley and Warburg analytically remains, but as **writing projects**, not as glyph-generation pipelines.
