**Decision:** AUTHORIZED — ruled by the jurist (Claude.app), steward-placed. (Spec context: chamber-library-specification.md v2.0.0, OPERATIVE.)
**Notes:** Doctrine pass on the four library-science adoptions surfaced by the deep-research brief (`chamber-library/docs/library-science-frontier-brief-2026-07-05.md`). The jurist rejected two of the packet's binaries as posed (A1, A2) and reclassified A3's change-class. Full verbatim capture + open-points dialogue + executor action-list in `chamber-library/docs/library-science-adoptions-RULING-2026-07-06.md`.
- **A1 — Agent/Nomen (IFLA-LRM): ADVANCE as an *additive registry*, not a frontmatter mutation. Change-class FIX.** Implement Agent+Nomen as a separate registry (canonical Agent records joined to existing author-name strings via *appellation*); **no new required field on the ~320 work files.** This *is* A1 (a registry expresses Agent-as-structural-node more faithfully than a per-work foreign key), not a watered-down version. **Immediate effect: the frontmatter sweep proceeds NOW, on the current schema — no file touched twice.** `agent_id`-as-required-field is a genuine *future* PROPOSAL (would change gate acceptance), **deferred not decided** — and made *emergent*: registry-linkage completeness folds into A3's audit as a tracked metric; a multi-cycle plateau below threshold is the signal to reconsider, not a schedule.
