**Notes:** Residual-(b) met in purpose (jurist ruling 2026-07-18: `chamber-library/docs/2b-first-vdsl-exercise-JURIST-RULING-2026-07-18.md`). **What was exercised: the verification and sidecar-production path — six real books, dry-run.** The V-DSL body branch fired correctly (no false ABSTAIN, no false UNVERIFIED; body-conservation fabrication 0 · lost content 0 per work) and the per-field boundary held under real conditions (anchors uncredited `loeb-line` only; `citation_coverage` and the critical-apparatus channel not produced, ×6). **Not exercised: the apply/archive path — unproven and known broken** (the pending→archive `add_single` seam, docketed to PENDING-52's lineage as PENDING-63; the shared-source archive design to be ruled on hash-locality grounds before any `--apply`). Evidence scope: 6/6 PASS on a CLEAN-selected set proves **no false refusal**; **discrimination** is proven separately by the seeded injection tests (fleet teeth + the 2026-07-14 seed-test). `table`/`unrecognized` credit rests on B2's earlier demonstration, not this exercise. The line-ref coordinate contract remains OPEN and unbound; its consequence for #2's re-stamp (known-defective input) is recorded.
