- **(c) Compass principle** (locked 2026-05-19 in `2a2c195`): *"the Compass surfaces every form in the corpus that has at least one published instance; the count tracks the corpus."* Path B respects this at the next reader-facing deploy.
- **Live-State Discipline**: spec text records what IS; status blocks record what is pending; spec text ships ahead of live only when spec IS the implementation. Today the corpus contains five new first-instance types whose Compass surfacing is pending Stage F; the principle holds because we have not deployed.
