**Seb shipped Amendment 61 (Epistemic Integrity)**
- Read our amendment overnight, built the entire confidence chain: EarnedConfidence type, I-CF (confidence floor at base.ts:83), I-CC (confidence ceiling), dual bloom filter, source_classification_confidence on vector/entity/temporal, confidence-weighted recall, epistemic health reporting, regression tests
- Merged our feature branch as Amendment 60 (observation-recall coupling)
- Synthesized Amendments 58-61 into specs (batch 45 in CapableMind-AI)
- Minor fixes we applied: EntityExtractionRule missing `flags` field, seed rule count assertions (35→38)

**Buddy's replay mode fix**
- Seb's confidence floor skip during replay used `context?.mode?.startsWith('replay')` — string prefix match
- We replaced with typed boolean `context?.isReplay` on ProcessingContext interface
- Updated both ProcessingContext definitions (types/modules.ts + readiness/types.ts) and all construction sites
- Committed and pushed: `6d51ba9`

**Repair + Replay running**
- Factory repair: wiped SurrealDB (657 MB), preserved logchain (128 MB, 22,077 entries)
- Replay progressing through Amendment 61 pipeline
- Last check: fast modules (anomaly, budget, safety, security) at cursor ~1349, entity at ~124, vector at ~74
- **Temporal: 71% error rate (962 errors)** — something consistently failing
- **Preference: 100% error rate (10/10)** — completely broken during replay, likely missing schema/dependency
- Server STABLE — no SIGILL crash
- SurrealDB at 660 MB after ~1349 events processed by fast modules
- Replay throughput limited by Ollama embedding on 16 GB RAM (~5 events/hour for vector module)

**Derrida OCR — COMPLETE (2026-04-05)**
- `chamber-library/derrida/mal-darchive.md` — all 80 pages transcribed (1041 lines)

- Ends at "Naples, 22-28 mai 1994" (final line of book)
