• Bio's serious rewrite — deferred from today's structural fix. The prose itself is stale (resume-shaped, not the Pilgrim register that opens the page). Whenever steward returns to it.
• ARC settling — once steward feels ARC is settled, deep code-trim pass (orphaned/unnecessary code). No urgency.

Question for next-Claude

Did the structural fix to bio render cleanly on first build, or does the page want apparatus-register section markers (e.g., language as register-mark in left margin) once the visitor sees it? The current h2 headers are functional but plain; visiting the live page may suggest a quieter form.
