Drift: anchoring-on-prior-expectation-against-correct-data. Lesson: mechanical sweeps in this shell are finicky; verify every count two ways before it enters the record. - 2026-05-29 — Reorder return. Had started vignette Phase 1 (read-only recon only — survey + tooling, zero code). Steward reframed: "is this the right order? we have major audits to finish Stage F." Weighed honestly (Phase 1 is audit-insulated, so no technical collision) but agreed: completion + Alexandrian idiom + "do once" favor audits-first. Reordered at zero sunk cost. Clause 2: gloss glyph drift ✎(site.hs:899) vs ¶(Compass) → [FIX] minimal + single-source root-cause to Hakyll audit. Clause 3: silent wildcard fallback in classRouteName/Display → ships-with-Stage-G (the §5-OPERATIVE enforcement, item 9; low-risk, explicit cases already total). Clauses 1,4,5,6,7 PASS; 8,9 forward-looking. No spec-gaps → Stage G promotion unblocked once the two items are scheduled. - Carry: (1) steward to authorize the ✎→¶ [FIX]; (2) bundle clause-3 build-errors into Stage-G OPERATIVE commit; (3) next audit = SCSS-cascade (north-star written) — but Hakyll-simplicity audit needs its north-star WRITTEN first (Tree §"children"); (4) chamber v1-cluster captured to memory.

- §5 is AUTHORED-not-OPERATIVE; its code-enforcement step (no-essay-fallback, explicit per-class handling) is gated on OPERATIVE per the proposed-authoring-sequence (items 9–10). Expect code-predates-contract gaps — Stage-G inputs, not bugs. Third classification bucket added so pre-contract code isn't mislabeled.
