SCOPE: pathology census complete; deep prose-quality endpoint+ToC-verified only — run verify_conversion.py before graduation. NOTE: scratch alexander-book4-luminous-ground.md is the STALE pre-splice dirty copy (fixed book4 lives in chamber-library tree) — don't confuse.
