Jurist: **STRUCK not renamed**, **rewrite** not withdraw → remaining case = `notes[]`+typing under per-field gating. The `anchors[]` spot-check **FAILED as-built** (drops the Bekker axis; un-vetted `'loeb-line'`) — but NOT a discovery: the **2026-07-03 anchor audit** had it, and I'd **re-derived TEI/DTS from training + re-proposed already-rejected Perseus/MyCapytain** (didn't-consult-banked-notes drift RECURRED; steward: *we spoke about this a week ago*). Survey (3 agents): the constitution (**v2.0.2**) is substantially **SETTLED** — CTS-URN ratified, apparatus Tier-3, only **3 PENDING open**, work is in the *tails*, ~none engine-blocking. Closed 3 fruit; saved [[feedback-close-low-hanging-fruit-not-defer]]. **⚠ PULLING THREAD: the jurist's fresh-eyes review of the whole-sequence package** `docs/chamber-constitutional-state-and-decisions-FOR-JURIST-2026-07-14.md` (steward decision-fatigued; jurist takes the load; §8 = the blessable execution list). **First move:** check if the jurist replied → act / else the package is ready to relay. Wake-loaded live index; hard budget well under the harness load ceiling. Keep to: Standing preferences · Canonical Trackers *as one-line pointers* (chronological detail lives in the linked tracker files, **not** here) · Active Session · these pointers. Rotation + budget-breach handling are wired into `/wrap-up` (demote prior Active Session on promote) and `/wake-up` (truncated load = flag + trim). Back up before restructuring. (Compacted 2026-07-13: trackers re-slimmed to one-line pointers, ~20.3→<17KB.)
