Yesterday's three trusted nulls were the reason. ⚠ 139(b)'s is a phrase-grep: it establishes the phrases are absent, not that no equivalent logic exists.

Not acted on (the wake reads, doesn't write); named in the briefing as skill-harvest B's instruction/artifact disagreement in a new form — the cue now misdescribes its own trigger.
