- Sub-finding: Penguin has at least TWO distinct EPUB conventions — older Watts-era (Boethius) vs. contemporary Penguin Classics Deluxe (Divine Comedy). And THIRD: Penguin UK trade (Sontag) which has rich-NCX-ignored shape. Penguin is not monolithic.

### Phase 11 — Loeb cleanup history comparison (~15:00)
